What is the turnaround time on designs?
Design requests are categorized as small, medium, or large. There is a section just above this that outlines expected turnaround times. We're proud to have local, in house designers, turn around times are subject to vary based on demand.
Who creates the designs?
This is what makes our business unique. Our designers are in house team members at our studio downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. We do not outsource anything. When joining, you will be introduced to your designer and establish a direct line of communication.
What do we use to create your designs?
We use Adobe Illustrator for most designs. If a design is multiple pages, then we'll switch to using Adobe InDesign.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Revisions included. We're part of your team so we're here to get the job done right.
How does the ClickUp tool work?
The first time you work with Launch Kit, we'll set up your ClickUp account. Here, we can chat, share files, and assign tasks. We keep your branding files on hand for a seamless experience.
