Launch Kit
Introduction
If you’re a small business owner, you know how it feels at the start—a rush of excitement, a ton of questions, and lots of moving parts. Serial entrepreneur Nic Figari knows that feeling all too well. He’s launched multiple businesses and understands that, at first, you can ask friends or even ChatGPT, "I?" and you're good to go.
But as your business grows, so do the challenges. It's like leveling up in a video game. You beat one level and immediately unlock another with new problems to solve. It’s exciting but can get overwhelming without the right support.
That’s where Therapreneur comes in.
Nic’s latest venture, Therapreneur, is built around the idea of providing entrepreneurs with a reliable, connected support network. Think of it like having a seasoned expert in your corner, ready to help you navigate the twists and turns of business growth. Therapreneur offers entrepreneurs 1-on-1 access to vetted experts in various fields—at a price that's accessible for small businesses. This allows them to get real-world advice, build relationships, and avoid costly mistakes.
As Nic puts it, "We help entrepreneurs get the support they need from people who’ve been in their shoes."
When Nic reached out to us at Launch Kit to develop Therapreneur’s brand identity, we couldn’t wait to get started.
Our first step with any new project is to really understand the vision behind the brand. We set up a Google Meet with Nic and dug into what Therapreneur is all about.
It became clear that Therapreneur is more than just a business—it’s a community. The core values driving the brand are accessibility, community, honesty, and consistency. Nic wanted the brand to feel like a reliable partner for entrepreneurs, a reminder that they’re not alone on their journey.
These values inspired every decision we made during the brand development process. We aimed to capture a feeling of support and warmth—a place where entrepreneurs could find the guidance they need without any corporate coldness.
Once we defined the values, it was time to translate them into a visual identity. We began by discussing the kind of emotions we wanted the logo to evoke: comfort, connection, and growth.
Therapreneur operates entirely online, so we wanted the logo to feel inviting, like a cozy space where entrepreneurs could comfortably seek advice. This led us to a soft, spa-like color palette, featuring neutral and calming tones. The colors feel natural and welcoming—like sitting down with a trusted mentor over a cup of coffee.
The logo itself is rich with symbolism. The three leaves in the logo represent the three key players in the Therapreneur network: the entrepreneur, their expert, and Therapreneur as the central support system. The largest leaf symbolizes Therapreneur—holding everything together, nurturing both entrepreneurs and their experts.
The tree metaphor runs deep here. Just as trees grow tall and strong through their roots and network of branches, Therapreneur helps businesses grow by connecting them with the right support system. It’s a symbol of stability, growth, and connectedness.
We’re thrilled with how Therapreneur’s brand identity turned out. For us at Launch Kit, this project hit close to home because we’re a small business, too. We know firsthand the challenges of entrepreneurship, and it felt great to help Nic bring his vision to life.
