Haley Riccobono joined the Launch Kit team in the Summer of 2023. She came to us after she attended Indiana Wesleyan University where she earned her Bachelor of Science - BS, in Social Work. With a heart of gold, she brings a charming, cheerful presence to every project she works on.
Haley's core focus at Launch Kit is her role as Social Media Manager. She works directly with clients via our Social Media Management Program to run their various social media accounts. She works alongside the Creators to support them in coming up with content ideas, and takes lead on caption writing, inbox management, community engagement and reporting.
Haley's months start off busy as she takes charge on preparing the Pulse Deck reporting for each of her clients. The Pulse Meeting is a one hour sync with each client to review performance analytics, business priorities and content ideas.
Throughout the month you can catch Haley at the Launch Office, the Grand Rapids Chamber or a local coffee shop doing her thing. Through her social media manger role, Haley gives local businesses the chance to share their message online with their community.
Launch Kit is incredibly thankful to having someone so caring and detailed oriented as Haley on our team. We always look forward to seeing her smile around the office!
If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be and why?
Compassionate - I care so deeply for the people around me. Whether that is with someone I've known for years or someone I just met, I've got so much room in my heart to help others. I'm all in when it comes to helping ease someone's pain or suffering and ready to stand by them every step of the way.
Intentional - Every decision I make in life is driven by a clear purpose. Whether it's in friendships or the choices I make, I always invest significant time and careful thought into each one.
Driven - When I'm passionate about something, nothing is getting in the way!
What's one skill or talent you've developed since graduating college that you're proud of?
Finding beauty in every situation! It is easy to get caught up in the mundane parts of life and lose sight of the good. Regardless of the circumstance, I always make it a goal to find the one positive. Whether it's seeing the good in people or the good in sad situations, mindset changes everything. There is always beauty in the ashes!
Describe your ideal vacation destination.
Hands down Italy! I would move there tomorrow if I could. I love the people, love the culture, and I have a strong lineage that draws back to Sicily, Italy. It will always have a place in my heart.
What's your favorite way to unwind after a busy day at work?
I love coming home and going on walks with my fiancé. Catching up and hearing about one another's day fills my heart right up.
Launch Kit teamed up with Stir It Up Bakery in 2023 to build them a refined Identity System. They had an existing logo in place but knew that it wasn't an accurate reflection of their business.

We join the Michigan Screen team at job sites on a bi-weekly basis to capture content. We then use this content to create social media posts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
