To build a brand that makes an impact, we must first create a foundation and a deep understanding of who you are and what you stand for. Our initial workshop is about uncovering the motivations and reasoning behind how your brand will make decisions.
With an understanding of your Brand Core, we can then explore who your customers are and how you will interact with them. We also begin thinking about how you'll be radically different from your competition.
This time, we get together to define your brand's personality. Here, we will explore what your customer interactions will look like at various touchpoints. We use attribute sliders to determine where your brand stands on things like modern/classic, serious/funny, respectful/sassy, and bright/dark. We'll answer questions like what your brand tone of voice would be if it were a human. Defining these characteristics is how we bring that gut feeling to life.
Now that we've figured out who you are, we can begin sketching ideas for your appearance. The Brand Identity phase is when we craft logo design concepts, color palette options, and font selections. We present concepts to your team on lifelike mockups to get a feel for what the logos look like in the real world.
With the selection of a logo, color, and font, it's time we put those assets to work. We create fresh collateral for your business - think business cards, signage, flyers, social media graphics, etc.
One of the best ways to bring our efforts to life is through photo/video material. Assets like a company overview, service overview, or project overview are great ways to communicate your mission, vision, and values. These photos and videos are perfect for your website, social media, and advertisements. They also do a great job of supporting the sales team's efforts.
